Race Rules
Race Guidelines
All participants sign a waiver stating, “I understand that bicycles, skateboards, baby joggers, roller skates or blades , or animals are not allowed in the race and I will abide by this guideline. Use of headsets is strongly discouraged.”
Please adhere to these guidelines and follow all instructions from race officials.
Bib & Timing Rules
All participants for the live event will be issued a disposable timing chip on the back of their bib.
Do not remove the chip from the back of your bib.
Participants are responsible for wearing their number throughout the event.
We hate to be harsh, but: No Number = No Results = No Awards.
Strollers
The ORRRC Marathon, Half Marathon, and 10K does not permit the use of running/jogging strollers. While discouraged, walkers may use walking strollers and must line up at the back of the last corral. Walkers with walking strollers must still complete the course before the cut-off.
Dogs & Animals
The ORRRC Marathon, Half Marathon, and 10K does not permit animals, including dogs, for safety reasons. For those with licensed service dogs, we ask that you coordinate with the race directors to ensure we have a safe environment for yourself & other participants.
